Residents of Lingyuan, Liaoning province, performed on stilts to celebrate Lantern Festival.

Lingyuan stilts, an intangible cultural heritage of the province, has a history of more than 300 years. The height of the stilts ranges from 90 centimeters to 240 cm. In the costume designs of their ancestors, performers express good wishes for new year.
