Sancess Group, a comprehensive enterprise group in Tangshan city, North China's Hebei province will establish a non-ferrous metal industrial park project in Chaoyang county, Liaoning province, with a total investment of five billion yuan ($715 million).
A person in charge at Sancess Group said that with the improved business environment in Chaoyang county the group is fully confident about the project and will establish a non-ferrous metal industrial park to facilitate high-quality development of Chaoyang county.
Sancess Group boasts diverse businesses in many sectors, including casting processing, equipment manufacturing, pharmaceutical research and development, petrochemicals, real estate development, and terminal logistics. The group has 10 subsidiaries and its annual output value exceeds 10 billion yuan.
Sancess Group will put a total of five billion yuan in the non-ferrous metals industrial park project which is expected to cover 2,800 mu (1,876 hectares) of land. The project will build a nickel metal production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons, producing ultra-pure alloy wire and sheets.
The project will be constructed in three phases. The first phase will build three production lines with an investment of three billion yuan. Its products will include wire rods, profiles and bars. The second phase will also have three production lines with an investment of two billion yuan, producing pipes and plates. The third phase will be conducted according to the adjustment of national industrial policies. Another 10 billion yuan will then be invested to produce ultra-low carbon stainless steel and other products in the industrial chain.
When the nickel metal production lines reach designed production capacity, the project will realize an annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan, generate annual tax of over 800 million yuan, and create about 5,000 jobs.
The production of nickel alloy products is in full compliance with national industrial policies. Chaoyang county will establish a special leading group to provide services and ensure procedures of the project.
