There's a popular saying in China, "No banquet is complete without alcohol." It's true that alcohol has long been an essential part of traditional Chinese customs. Jinzhou Yuanqu Baijiu inherits traditional manual brewing techniques and develops its own unique flavor through generations of meticulous refinement by brewers.

Lv Shaolong, a fifth-generation inheritor of the Jinzhou Yuanqu brewing technique, has been engaged in the Baijiu brewing industry for over 40 years. In 1996, he founded the Dalian Jinzhou Renhe Distillery, which adheres to traditional brewing techniques. Embedding the spirit of craftsmanship into Baijiu production, Lv Shaolong has developed the distinguished brand-Jinzhou Yuanqu. In May 2020, the brewing technique of Jinzhou Yuanqu Baijiu was listed in the representative directory of "Intangible Cultural Heritage" of Dalian.

Lv Shaolong's son, Lv Xulin, has also mastered the traditional brewing technique and earned the title of sixth-generation inheritor of Jinzhou Yuanqu Baijiu.
