On January 1, Dalian Customs saw 852 domestically produced vehicles loaded onto a Ro-Ro ship and set sail from the Dalian Automobile Terminal in Jinpu New District to Europe, under the supervision of Dayaowan Customs.

As the sole port for maritime automobile transportation in the Northeast region, Dalian Port achieved a record-breaking annual export of 102,773 vehicles in 2023, marking a remarkable year-on-year growth of 143 percent.

Dayaowan Customs has guided enterprises to use convenient measures such as "pre-declaration" and "direct loading upon arrival" to streamline the whole process, ensuring a smooth export channel for automobiles and cutting the overall customs clearance time.

Dayaowan Customs applies RFID technology and other intelligent methods, and leads in China by using Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) codes in automotive logistics supervision, which achieves the precise management of individual vehicles.

Dayaowan Customs has upgraded its premises to adjust to the needs of commodity vehicles and integrate with the port business, promoting berth openness and improving infrastructure. The goal is to construct a new pattern for the logistics of exported commodity vehicles, enhancing the efficiency of finished vehicle export logistics.
