This year, the Dalian port authorities have actively engaged with companies in the port, and conducted numerous visits and surveys to address their challenges.

It has efficiently promoted the opening of port berths, refined convenience service measures, facilitated the production and operation of foreign-related enterprises, and provided one on one consultation for the handling of immigration (port) policies and boarding certificates.

Moreover, the port authorities have introduced a 24-hour appointment-based customs clearance service, implemented scientific duty deployment, and maximized ship clearance efficiency through synchronized inspection. This significant effort has led to substantial reductions in times required for ship arrivals at port, procedural handling and departures.

It has established expedited routes for vital shipping lanes, resulting in a comprehensive enhancement of border inspection and clearance efficiency. This dual improvement has led to notable reductions in enterprise transportation and operational costs.
