The Dalian Immigration and Border Inspection Station achieved a remarkable feat by swiftly processing clearance procedures for a Panamanian-registered vessel at Dalian port. The entire clearance and unloading process took less than five hours before the ship set sail from the harbor.

In the first five months of this year, the Dalian Automobile Terminal, located within the Jinpu New Area, handled a total of 36,750 imported and exported vehicles. This significant figure represents a notable 116.15 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The foreign trade sector also saw substantial growth, with a total of 102 inbound and outbound roll-on/roll-off vessels, marking a 50 percent increase from the previous year's corresponding period.

To optimize port clearance processes, the Dalian Immigration and Border Inspection Station provides personalized consultations for inbound and outbound (harbor) policies and assists with boarding documents. They have also introduced a convenient 24-hour appointment-based clearance service, resulting in highly efficient customs procedures.

Additionally, a continuous 24-hour video monitoring system, coupled with frequent on-site inspections, has been implemented for vessels in the harbor. These measures ensure the safety of foreign trade automobiles and restricted port areas, while simultaneously enhancing border inspection capabilities and overall clearance efficiency.
