The Dalian Opening-up and Investment Promotion Conference was held from June 15 to 16 in Jinpu New Area, Liaoning province.
The conference was aimed at seizing the development opportunities in Dalian, enhancing opening-up, deepening industrial cooperation and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
During the conference, Jinpu New Area achieved the on-site signing of seven projects, amounting to a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan ($333.75 million).

With the participation of thousands of guests, the conference featured an opening ceremony and eleven industrial promotion conferences, making it the largest opening-up and investment promotion event in Dalian in recent years.
Jinpu New Area focused on showcasing exhibits and introducing Dalian's industrial development across various sectors, including equipment manufacturing, automobiles and auto parts, electronic information, biomedicine, fine chemical engineering, the digital economy, general aviation, pre-made food, RCEP e-commerce, new energy, and cultural tourism.
Investors from ten countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Germany and Belgium, signed investment deals at the event.
A total of 24 projects were signed with a remarkable total investment amount of 27 billion yuan, covering high-end manufacturing and modern services.
