Finnish company Cargotec's Hiab recently announced that it has entered into a license manufacturing agreement with Dalian Shidao Industry Co Ltd (DSI), which is located in Dalian Jinpu New Area, Liaoning province, to produce, sell and service Multilift hook-lifts in the Chinese mainland.
Hiab's Multilift is the world's market-leading manufacturer of hook lifts and skip loaders.
DSI, which is also the world's largest container lashings manufacturer, has been a supplier and contract manufacturer for Hiab.
"Dalian Shidao Industry is pleased to take long-term cooperation with Hiab to a new stage," said Lu Lin, DSI's president. "We will continuously strive to manufacture high-quality hook lifts and provide advanced solutions to customers during the life cycle of the products."
