To celebrate Lantern Festival, which marks the end of the Spring Festival celebrations, Jinpu held a fireworks show on Sunday night. Lantern Festival, which takes place on the 15th day of the first month of the Chinese lunar calendar, fell on Feb 5 this year.
Fireworks explode, bidding farewell to the old year and merrily welcoming the New Year. The crackling sound brings joy and auspiciousness. Lantern Festival is the first night of the full moon of the New Year. It is also a signal for the land to prepare for spring.
The theme of the firework show was "Charming Jinpu, Blossoming in Spring", and delivered people's best wishes for the New Year. Fireworks glitter with the stars, making every wish come true.
