The Northern National Copyright Exchange Center (NNCEC), based in the Jinpu New Area, launched its IP trading system and began online transactions, an unprecedented achievement in the digital culture industry in Northeast China.
With the official launch of its copyright revenue rights and intellectual property trading system, NNCEC has become the only trading service provider in China that has all three major platforms, namely the copyright comprehensive management service platform, the intellectual property transaction operation service platform, and the copyright income right listing trading platform.
