The Jinpu New Area ended the summer fishing moratorium at 12 am on Sept 1. Hundreds of fishing boats, which have remained dormant for the last 4 months, headed to the ocean with their sirens singing at Xingshu fishing port, ready for a bumper harvest of seafood.
