Dalian Jinshitan National Tourism Resort is located on the coast of the Yellow Sea in northeast Dalian, with a land and sea area of 62 and 58 square kilometers respectively. A national 5A-class tourist attraction, Jinshitan is surrounded on three sides by the sea. Being warm in the winter and cool in the summer, it enjoys a pleasant climate. Its coastline stretches for more than 30 kilometers and contains geological wonders formed 300-900 million years ago. It enjoys the reputations of "Solidified Animal World", "Natural Geological Museum" and "Divine Power Sculpture Park". Its main attractions include Dalian Binhai National Geopark, the 5-kilometer Golden Coast, Jinshi Cultural Expo Square, Jinshi Discovery Land Theme Park, Jinshi Golf Club, and Dalian Jinshitan International Camping Site.
