Dalian Jinbohai Coastal Service Industrial Area is adjacent to Dalian Jinzhouwan International Airport, which is currently under construction. It covers a land area of 150 square kilometers and a sea area of 350 square kilometers. The coastline is 55 kilometers long and has 10 natural bays and 8 offshore islands. It has four distinctive seasons and its climate is mild and pleasant. So far, the park has signed off on 22 high-end modern service projects with a total planned investment of more than 200 billion yuan. Well-known domestic and foreign companies, including Shimao Group, Wanheng Group, Coastal Group, CNRE Group and Boee Group, and leading real estate enterprises have registered and settled here. Singapore's Mapletree logistics Park project, the Miguo theme park project and a number of other major industrial projects are currently under negotiation. This area seeks to promote the modern service industry as its key industry.
