It has 50 square kilometers of construction land with a starting area of 8 square kilometers. 5 projects have already been finished, including Guangtaiyuan Environmental Protection and Tianjia Electronics. Four companies, including Dalian Yupei logistics and Zhengda Oingyuan Building Materials, are still under construction. An additional four companies, including Suning Logistics and Oude Fuel Gas, are ready to acquire land for their projects. The zone has signed contracts with 3 other projects which includes aluminum for automotive engines, and fire equipment. The promoted key industries include modern warehousing logistics, food materials, food deep processing, and imported food reprocessing.
