Responsibilities:
Taking charge of the work of science and technology, health, and sports.
In charge of the Liaoning provincial department of science and technology (Liaoning administration of foreign experts affairs), health commission (Chinese medicine administration), sports bureau, and major technological innovation and research and development base engineering center (Liaoning industrial technology research institute).
Responsible for liaison with the Liaoning provincial radio and television bureau, association for science and technology, Red Cross Society, former association for science and technology, and Shenyang branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
