Neusoft Holding said on Sept 11 it had signed an agreement on a 1.4 billion yuan investment from Baidu, marking the establishment of strategic partner relations between them. They will now work together to push industrial intelligentization reform in areas such as city construction, education and medical treatment.
Neusoft Holding, a main investor of Neusoft Group, Neusoft Education Technology Co and Neusoft Medical Systems Co, has wide coverage in fields of medical treatment and health, social insurance, intelligent vehicle connectivity, smart cities, enterprise connectivity and education.
Next, the two sided will conduct comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in smart medical treatment -- involving an intelligent cloud, AI-assisted diagnosis, big data mining, health management and cloud hospitals -- and in smart education such as intelligent cloud classes, online education, and AI colleges.
They will also actively explore cooperative opportunities in smart transportation and government affairs service, and industry intelligent cloud solutions.
