Responsibilities:
Taking charge of the Liaoning provincial government's routine work, responsible for development and reform, finance and taxation, natural resources, emergency management, statistics, institutional affairs management, and government affairs disclosure.
Responsible for the office of the civil-military integration development committee of the Liaoning provincial Party committee, Liaoning provincial development and reform commission (energy bureau), finance department, natural resources department, emergency management department, statistics bureau, government organ affairs administration, food and reserve bureau, forestry and grassland bureau, and coal mine safety supervision bureau, as well as the Liaoning provincial government offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong province and the public resources trading center (Liaoning provincial government procurement center).
In charge of liaison with the Liaoning Provincial People's Congress, the Liaoning Provincial Political Consultative Conference, democratic parties, the federation of industry and commerce, cares for the next generation working committee, taxation bureau, coal regulatory bureau, earthquake administration, reserve materials administration, Liaoning supervision bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Liaoning survey office of the National Bureau of Statistics, Shenyang bureau of national natural resources inspection, and the forest and grassland pest control station of the National Forestry and Grassland Bureau as well as the Northeast China energy regulatory bureau of the National Energy Administration and the liberation army, armed police force and the Liaoning branch of China Grain Reserves Corporation.
